Refunds & Exchange

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that it was received, undamaged, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and unused, with tags and any hygienic protections intact and still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide our official returns/exchange document.

To start a return, please contact us at casafuzettaedit@gmail.com. We may advise you to send the item direct to our supply partner. If appropriate, we’ll send you a returns document and return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us or our supply partner without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for returned items in transit. It is therefore recommended that you send returned items well protected and via “signed for” or special delivery services. No claims can be accepted for items claimed to be lost in the post without proof of posting. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

Vintage /antique/artworks/artisan, hand crafted and other handmade pieces

A number of the items on offer within the Casa Fuzetta: Edit will be vintage, antique, artwork, artisan, hand-crafted and/or hand made, and will be clearly described as such.

In respect of vintage and antique items, whilst a lot of time is spent cleaning and/or restoring each item, some natural wear and tear as well as natural tarnish or patina should be expected – we believe this adds to the general appeal of each item as it makes it truly unique.

In respect of artworks, artisan, hand-crafted and/or hand made items, we would highlight that in the creation of such items, small imperfections and/or variations of colour and texture should be expected and not considered as a fault but as part of the beauty of the product.

We endeavour to provide clear and detailed photographs and descriptions of each product. If you would like further clarification on the condition of an item, please contact us at casafuzettaedit@gmail.com before making a purchase; and we will liaise with you and/or introduce you to our supply partner so that you are able to make an informed decision before committing to buy.

There may be colour variations in goods as viewed online and their actual colours. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software, screen or computer system used to view the goods. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be automatically returned to the purchaser and will only be re-sent at the purchaser’s expense.

Exchanges 

Subject to stock availability, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want may be to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
